PRed is the reward point based on blockchain technology. For each PRed a member earned, PRed platform will save 1 MOP to its bank account, which means 1 PRed is always equal to 1 MOP. (MOP 1 : 1 PRed) PReds can be used to redeem for paying, or transfered to other members in PRed platform.
PRed platform is an innovative loyalty platform owned by Pineapple Chain (Macao) Technology Company Limited. It is based on blockchain technology. Members use PRed platform to enjoy discount and earn PReds, which means members get special discounts and offers when they consume in PRed partner merchants. After paying successfully, members can earn and accumulate PReds to their PRed accounts automatically. Members can use accumulative PReds to redeem payments anytime and anywhere.
Members can use the PRed platform App to accumulate PReds after paying in all partner merchants of PRed platform in whole Macao region. In the future, PRed platform will cooperate with local merchants and other institutions in various regions of the world.
1.To earn PReds by consumption: members can earn PReds after successfully using currencies to pay at partner merchants (it should be noted that members cannot earn any other PReds if they used PReds to redeem total amount of payment.)
2.To get PReds from friends: members receive PReds from friends.
- Tap 'Points' > tap 'Tap here' > enter your PRed PIN, the PRed QR Code will be shown.
- Tap ‘Enter’ to fill in any amount of PReds to redeem the amount of payment. (If you are not going to use PReds to redeem the amount of payment, you can manually close the button 'Redeem with PRed' . Otherwise, PReds are used to redeem the amount of payment firstly by default setting).
- After entering the amount of PReds, you can show the new QR code generated automatically to the merchant to scan.
- Select the payment method. If you select the electronic payment method, then show your QR code to the merchant to scan. If you select to pay by bank card or other credit cards, please provide the card to the merchant to pay.
- Enter the payment password.
- Once the merchant receives the payment successfully, the consumption receipt will be printed. You can check the consumption detail in 'Me' > 'Transaction Records' , such as original price, membership discount price, PReds earned and PReds redeemed.
No, there is no ceiling. On the one hand, members are free to decide how many PReds they can use to redeem the payment amount of consumption. On the other hand, there is a default suggestion to redeem maximized amount of PReds balance in the account firstly.
In principle, members' PRed accounts and PReds in the account are valid for a long time. Whenever members log in accounts within 3 years, they can use PReds. For members whose accounts have been deactivated or frozen after 3 years, they can contact the customer service of PRed platform App to apply for account restoration.
If members have not logined for 3 years in a row, they will receive an email to notify them that PReds donation system will be activated 3 months later from then on. Their PReds will be donated to charity organizations within 2 years ( 50% PReds donation each year).
1.Open PRed platform App>'Me'>'Transfer' ;
2.There are three ways: scan the receiver's QR Code/manually enter the receiver's phone number/paste the receiver's Blockchain Public Key;
3. Enter the amount of PReds that you want to transfer;
4. Enter your payment password.

2.Show your QR code to your friends or simply copy your Blcokchain Key to your friends.
If you need to request for a refund after successful payment, you can make the refund request through 'Me'>'Records'>select the specific transaction you want to refund>'Refund'>enter the refund reason>the partner merchant agrees to the refund request>members need to agree to return the PReds earned by this transaction>PReds earned will be returned within 1 working day. Also, if you have redeemed PReds in this transaction, these PReds will be refunded to your PRed account within 1 working day. Currencies you paid will also be refunded, which will spend 1 working day at the soonest and 14 working days at the slowest.
PReds cannot be cashed out. PReds can only be used to redeem payment between members and partner merchants, or transfer among members.
Generally, members should check the detail information page of partner merchants and know about the specific PRed rate. Besides, it is important to note that if members chose to pay full amount with PReds, there will be no reward PReds generated for this transaction. Other than that, if members still cannot receive PReds from partner merchants after successful payment, please contact PRed platform App by sending email to cs@pineapplec.com and attach any transaction records like printed receipts. There will be customer service agent to follow up.
1. Make sure if the partner merchant scans your PRed QR code properly.
2. Generally the transaction procedure takes couple of seconds and no more than five minutes, please be patient while waiting. In the meanwhile, you should double check if the internet works properly.
3. Other than that, if you still cannot redeem PReds, please contact PRed platform App by sending email to cs@pineapplec.com and attach any transaction records like printed receipts. There will be customer service agent to follow up.

1. Forgot your password: open PRed platform App>'Me'>tap the upper right button to reset>'Safety Settings'>'Reset login password'> tap'Forgot Password?'> get a verification code> enter verification code and reset a new login password;
2. Reset your login password:open PRed platform App>'Me'> tap the upper right button to reset>'Safety Settings'>'Reset login password'>enter old login password and new login password.
Members must set PRed PIN when they first use their PRed accounts to make payment, then they can continue to finish the payment successfully.

2. Members should deal with the balance in PRed account by themselves before cancelling accounts; otherwise, their PReds will not be used or returned if accounts are cancelled.
3. If there is any transaction which is not completed during that period, it will be cancelled automatically;
4. If members want to re-enable member accounts after freezing/deactivating, they can consult detail information by sending an email to cs@Pineapplec.com.

Once the member registers successfully, he/she will get the account number and password. It's the PRed wallet account based on the blockchain technology. Since the member creates his/her member account, the platform will synchronously generate his/her unique PRed account which is mainly used to manage PReds. The member's PRed account and PReds are vaild for a long time. When the member's account is cancelled/frozen, the member's PRed account and PReds still exist but cannot be used.
Besides fixed rewards earned according to PRed rate of specific partner merchants after making payment successfully, members can also earn dynamic reward which is generated based on the stochastic algorithm of PRed platform. After paying successfully, members can check it through 'Me'>'Records'. The specific amount of fixed reward and dynamic reward can be checked for each transaction record.
Members can earn fixed reward according to the PRed rate shown in detail information page of specific partner mercants.(e.g MOP20=>1PRed: members can earn 1 PRed per MOP20 consumption payment) Different partner merchants show various PRed rates, they can also adjust their PRed rate according to the realistic situation. Members can check the updated PRed rate through PRed platform App>'Discover'.
Open PRed platform App>'Me'>'Coupon', members can view all valid coupos they held. Tap the upper right button 'View invalid coupons' to see unavailable, redeemed and expired coupons.

3.Sometimes PRed platform will set the lucky draw with coupons as gifts. Members who meet the requirement of participation can click relevant banner on the homepage to join in.

No, coupons cannot be converted into cash, and can be redeemed only once. There's no change refunded.
When a PRed member applies a refund, coupons with value amount (PRed Redeem Coupon,Redeem Coupon,Instant Cash Coupon and Cash Rebate Coupon) would be returned (Check on Me>Coupon). Coupons with no value amount (Experience Coupon) can not be returned.

PRed coupon is issued by PRed platform and can be redeemed in all PRed partner merchants or the specific partner merchants. Merchant coupon is issued by the merchant. Each merchant can only issue its own coupon.
PRed mall is the mall of PRed App. Members can purchase the mall coupon of specific products or services of various merchants in PRed mall online, and then redeem the mall coupon offline to exchange the physical products or services.
No, coupons in PRed account can only be used for consuming offline.
Yes, members can redeem PReds when they consume in PRed mall. Also, after that, they can earn PReds when they redeem mall coupons offline.

- Tap ‘Me’> ‘Order’ to open the mall order page.
- Select the order you want to redeem and tap the red button ‘Code’. Show the QR Code to merchant to scan.
- The merchant provides the product or service.Redeem successfully.
You can apply for refund for unused orders.
- Tap ‘Me’> ‘Order’ to open the mall order page.
- Select the order you want to apply for refund. Tap ‘Order detail’> ‘REFUND’.
- Select refund reason, tap ‘SUBMIT’.
- Refund successfully. PReds redeemed will be refunded to your PRed account in real time. Payment amount you paid will be refunded within 10 working days in the original way.
If the member pay for a mall order containing multiples commodities by ICBC e-pay or partially/fully PReds, PRed mall only support the whole order refund.In addition, the order cannot be refunded if the member has redeemed a commodities in the order offline. Moreover, PRed Mall will not automatically refund expired commodities vouchers that have not been redeemed offline in this order.

If the member still doesn’t redeem the order offline after the order expired, then PRed Mall will refund the order automatically. The member can check it in ‘Mall Order’>‘Closed’.
If the member need to apply for refund for the mall order after redeeming the commodities offline, then the member should negotiate with the merchant offline. The payment amount refunded by the merchant will not include PReds earned by the member and bank service charges in the order. The process of refund will not go through PRed platform and PRed does not assume any responsibility for this mall order.
The cash coupon amount(Instant Cash or Cash Rebate) can only apply to the original consumption amount. Therefore, it will be deducted from the original consumption amount firstly, then the rest of the amount will be discounted and rewarded.
- Click‘Me’> ‘Asia Miles’ to open the binding page.
- Fill in your family name, given name and the Asia Miles membership number. Please re-enter the Asia Miles membership number after confirmation. Tick ‘I have read and accepted the terms and conditions’ and then you can click the button ‘BIND’ to successfully bind your Asia Miles account in PRed App.
If you do not have the Asia Miles account, you can click the button ‘Register Asia Miles account’ on the same page to register as a new member.
